Ingredients
  

  • PRIMARY INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Tin Spinach fresh pkt &tin 1
  • 1 pkt Paneer
  • SECONDARY INGREDIENTS Gravy / sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger & garlic
  • 2 pcs Onion
  • 3 pcs Tomatoes fresh + canned ½ tin
  • ½ tbsp Jeera Tbsp
  • ½ Tbsp Garlic Flakes; Coriander powder;
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Black pepper & cloves
  • 1 tsp Amchur
  • ½ tsp Black cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp Green cardamom powder
  • ½ Tsp Bay leaf
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash and keep the spinach aside. In a pan, add oil, jeera seeds, Garlic & ginger, onions and salt.
  • Cook the onions till they are brown.
  • Now add all the spices and cook for 1 minute and then add tomatoes and cook till it sheds oil.
  • Now add the spinach leaves and also tinned spinach if using any. Cook till the spinach is cooked.
  • Now blend the tadka and spinach. Once done, add fried paneer pieces in the mixture.
  • (Add boiling water for desired consistency) then simmer for 10-15 minutes finish with green coriander.
