  • White Onions 100 gms
  • 2 tbps Ginger & garlic chopped

  • 1-2 tsp Turmeric/ Haldi
  • 2-3 tbsp oil 40 ml
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • Green cardemom 6
  • Cloves 6
  • 2 Bayleaf
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli
  • 1-2 TBS Tandori masala
  • C seed 1Tbs
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • Kasoori methi
  • Butter
  • Cream
